The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of suspension dated 19.05.2022 under Annexure-15 and the memorandum of charge sheet dated 04.11.2022 under Annexure-16. 4.

Pursuant to the aforesaid memorandum of charge since the petitioner has been asked to show cause, let the petitioner file his reply, so that the same can be considered and disposed of by the authority. 5.
