It is alleged that in spite of communication of the order of this Court in W.P.(C) No.24060 of 2021 since 3.09.2021, there is no decision on the representation of the Petitioner as of now. 2.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner and providing one more opportunity to the Opposite Party-Contemnor, this Court directs, if there is no decision on the representation of the Petitioner as yet, let a lawful decision be taken thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Petitioner and result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of seven days thereafter.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order before the Opposite Party-contemnor within a period of seven days hence and take the date of hearing of the matter.
