Since the petitioner, who is in occupation of Government land and in apprehension of eviction has filed this writ petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, as and when cause of action arises, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.
