This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner including the order dated 18.11.2022 and 23.11.2022 passed by the learned Court in seisin of the case and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Nayapalli P.S. Case No.712 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.6983 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.-III, Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
