Mr. Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.
petitioner and submits, State has constructed road over his client's land. There was no acquisition and, therefore, no compensation. Hence, the writ petition. He submits, there be direction upon opposite party no.2 to consider representation made by his client through advocate's letter dated 2nd December, 2020.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Addl. Govt. Advocate appears on behalf of opposite parties.

Opposite party no.2 will consider and deal with the representation made by advocate's letter dated 2nd December, 2020, on production of copy thereof along with this order. Said opposite party will either demonstrate in writing to petitioner that there has been no encroachment on private land belonging to petitioner's father or cause initiation of acquisition
// 2 // proceeding in respect of the encroachment found. Either way action must be taken within four weeks of communication of this order.
