This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh for early disposal of C.P. No.30 of 2021 within a stipulated period.

Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner has already examined four witnesses and the matter is posted to 10th January, 2023 for further evidence on behalf of the Petitioner. He, therefore, prays for a direction to learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh for the aforesaid relief. 4.

Taking into consideration that the evidence of the Petitioner is not complete by now, this Court is not in a position to entertain the prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is, however, observed that the parties should cooperate with learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh for early disposal of C.P. No.30 of 2021.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
