Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 8th November, 2021 (Annexure-1) passed in Crl. M.C. No.7 of 2021 (arising out of Cr.P. No.12 of 2021), whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada, directed the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.9,000/- to the Opposite Party towards interim maintenance with effect from the date of filing of the interim maintenance application, i.e., 9th April, 2021 until further order. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is an Air Force personnel and it is very difficult on his part to attend the Court frequently by taking leave. Hence, interest of justice will be best served if a direction is made for early disposal of Cr.P.No.12 of 2021. 4.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Opposite Party does not have any objection to the above submission. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court, without expressing any opinion with regard to maintainability of the RPFAM as well as merit of the case, disposes of the RPFAM with a

// 2 // direction that learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada shall make an endeavour for disposal of Cr.P. No.12 of 2021 at an early date in accordance with law. Parties are directed to cooperate the learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada for early disposal of the Cr.P.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
