This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP, challenges the inaction of Nikirai police in taking any adequate steps for arrest the accused persons, who are very much involved in the alleged crime except registering the F.I.R., i.e., Nikirai P.S. Case No.138 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of the F.I.R., the case is now pending before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the

// 2 // petitioner to approach the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara by way of filing a proper application. In the event, the petitioner approaches, the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
