Instant I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 13th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.3776 of 2022 and also extension of period for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of direction issued. 2.

For the reasons stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nabarangpur instead of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nabarangpur in connection with 108 of 2018 corresponding to Nabarangpur P.S. Case No.35 of 2018. It is further directed that the petitioner shall ensure compliance of the Court's direction dated 13th December, 2022 in CRLMC No.3776 of 2022 on or before 17th February, 2023. 4.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
