This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioner therefore prays that your lordships may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to consider the representation under Annexure-2 within a stipulated time.

And pass such order/directs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds, the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-2 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take decision, as appropriate at least within a period of three from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of
