The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " It is therefore, the petitioner prays that your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records issue notice to the opp. parties and further issue a writ of Mandamus directing the opp. parties to pay the enhanced compensation amount to the petitioner in view of 2013-14 R.R. Policy under the Land Acquisition Act in respect of the land corresponding to Plot No.2961 arising out of Khata No.226 measuring an area of Ac.75 dec. under Mouza-Nandichhoda Gopiballavpur under the Tahasil-Chendipada in the district of Angul in the interest of justice".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievance, the Petitioner has made representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
