Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court records the submission of Mr.Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner that father of the Petitioner is the original land owner who is dead in the meantime. While in occupation of the land the Petitioner went for paying land revenue establishing through Annexure-2. Taking this Court to the pleadings that in the meantime his father has died and resulting obtaining of the legal heirs certificate vide Annexure-3, Petitioner claiming to be the son alleges on his offering land revenue in respect of the father's property but in his after the death of the father, the Tahasildar, Dharamasala- Opposite Party No.3 declined to accept the rent. This Court observes, in the event father of the Petitioner still remain the Patta Holder in respect of Plot No.343, Khata No.52, there is no difficulty in acceptance of rent from the son of the original owner.

In the circumstance this Court directs the Tahasildar, Dharamasala- Opposite Party No.3 to accept the land revenue on

// 2 // offering the arrear, if any, by the Petitioner. Let the offer be made within a period of seven days along with supply of copy of order of this Court.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
