2. Heard Mr. S. Bahadur, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Miss. S. Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Considering the submissions, nature of allegations and the availability of the materials prima facie to support the same, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail at this stage, which is, therefore, rejected.

4. However, it is open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer after examination of some material witnesses in the trial including the victim.
