Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is declining of acceptance of land revenue from the land owner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner through Annexure-3 establishes that he is the land owner. In the circumstance this Court observes, in the event the Record of Right involving Khata No.79, Plot Nos.281 and 280 still stand in the name of Gandharba Swain, there should not be any difficulty in accepting the land revenue including arrear, if any. In the event Petitioner offers land revenue along with arrears, the same will be accepted by providing appropriate receipt along with certified copy. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Swarna
