Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner including factum of release of co-accused person(s) on bail vide order dated 13.12.2022 passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.15045 of 2022 and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.205 of 2018 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1745 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
