This is an Interlocutory Application for conversion of the nomenclature of WPCRL to CRLMP.

Heard Ms. I. Tripathy, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. B.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.

Considering the averments made in this application and the submissions made, the prayer for conversion is allowed. Office is directed to register the present WPCRL as CRLMP and do the S.R. afresh.
