Mr. Majhi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks direction for release of last installment amount of Rs.30,000/- under the housing scheme. To that effect, his client made representation dated 26th September, 2022 to the Block Development Officer (BDO). He submits, there be direction upon the office to consider his client's claim.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the BDO will duly deal with said representation.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's said representation dated 26th September, 2022 and
