1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-3) shall be examined by the Superintendent of Excise, Koraput (opposite party No.4) and after notice to the Petitioner and to the present license holder in respect of Beer Parlour and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 15th of December, 2022 and be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies it is not expressed any view in the matter.
