This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Tirtol P.S. Case No.256 of 2016 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.19 of 2016 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge SC/ST, Jagatsinghpur running for the alleged commission of offence under section-376(2)(i)(n)/376(D)/506 of the IPC read with Section-6/14(3) of the POCSO Act and section3(2)(v) of the SC & ST (PA) Act has filed this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record;

further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
