During course of submission it has been brought to the notice Order No.

of this Court that in the meantime the Petitioner is already involved in an encroachment proceeding vide E.C. No.4-178/18, which has already been disposed of since 28.10.2018 after observing that the Petitioner is not a landless person and therefore, he is liable to pay fine on vacation of the land in question. It has also been brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner has already vacated the land in question. 2.

Keeping in view the above submission, this Court finds, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further, which is, hereby, disposed of. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Ayaskanta Jena
