This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On being permitted, learned counsel for the Petitioner makes necessary correction in the cause title of the writ petition in Court today.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayers:- "In view of the facts stated above the Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the following prayer:- (i) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the impugned order dt. 18.11.2022 under Annexure-5 so far it relates to fixation of suspension head quarter of the petitioner at Phulbani is concerned.
(ii) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.4 for change/fixation of suspension headquarter in respect of petitioner by fixing either at Tikabali or G. Udayagiri as per the representation of petitioner under Annexure-7 by suitably modifying the impugned order dt. 18.11.2022 under Annexure5 to that effect taking into account the resolution under Annexure-6 within a time bound period for the interest of justice.
// 2 // (iii) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass any other Writ(s)/Direction(s)/Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may be deemed fit and proper."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the Petitioner has filed representation dated 24.11.2022 before the Opposite Party No.4 under Annexure-7, but the same is still pending before the said Opposite party and the said Opposite Party has not taken any decision as of now.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authority concerned to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 24.11.2022 under Annexure-7 taking into consideration Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
