2. Heard Mr. S.R.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Miss S .Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 23rd August, 2021 in connection with Kutra P.S. Case No.101/2020 corresponding to G.R.Case No.532/2028 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 392 of I.P.C. and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record and the period of detention already undergone, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case, failing which appropriate adverse orders may be passed as may be deemed fit and proper.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
