This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 20.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.15554 of 2022. 3.

Considering submission made and on going the through the averments taken in the Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the C.T. Case number in the cause title of the bail application.

In view of the correction made above, the order dated 20.12.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 3rd line of paragraph-4 of the order, the "C.T. Case No.315 of 2022" be substituted by "C.T. Case No.280 of 2022".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly. In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
