This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3-Tahasildr, Nimapara to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner for deletion of name of Narahari Swain and inclusion of the name of the Petitioner in the R.O.R. in respect of Plot No.2455/3240 under Khata No.401 of Mouza-Gadachandapur under Nimapara Tahasil in the district of Puri.

In course of hearing, Mr. Badajena, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memorandum in Court today prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. The same be taken on record. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
