Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-4 is pending consideration, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.1 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take decision, as appropriate, by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
