Mr.Zafrulla on instruction submits that Cantonment P.S. Case No. 133 dated 14.2.2021 under Sections 341, 323, 294, 379, 506/34 I.P.C. has been registered. In such background Mr.Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Considering such submissions, the CONTR is dropped.
