Heard Mr.R.K.Routrary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafrulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

Mr.Zafrulla on instruction submits that Mangalabag P.S. Case No. 286 dated 9.12.2021 under Sections 341, 323, 385, 506 I.P.C. has been registered. In such background Mr.Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Considering such submissions, the CONTR is dropped.
