ORDER

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. In this CRLMP the petitioner has sought for a direction to the Superintendent of Police (Rural)- opposite party No.2/Inspector-in-charge of Police, Salipur-opposite party No.3 to execute D.W. and conditional N.B.W issued vide WR No.6 dated 08.03.2022 followed by reminder issued vide letter No.318 dated 17.05.2022 against the opposite party No.4Asad Jamal in Execution Case No.13 of 2020 arising out of Criminal Proceeding No.97/2018 pending on the file of learned Judge Family Court, Cuttack.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite a letter sent to the Superintendent of Police, Cuttack/opposite party No.2 on 29.07.2022 to instruct the Inspector In-charge, Salipur P.S/opposite party No.3 for early execution of aforesaid warrant issued against the opposite party No.4, it has not been executed.

5. Considering the above submission and without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs that the Inspector-in-Charge, Salipur P.S, shall comply with the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding (Execution) No.13 of 2020 within a period of fifteen days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.

6. The CRLMP stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
