This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the provisional assessment order dated 13th September, 2022 under Annexure-6.

Since the Petitioner has a remedy to file objection to the provisional assessment order under Annexure-6 and to contest the provisional assessment, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file show cause to the provisional assessment order and contest the provisional assessment, if not made final in the meantime. The Petitioner may also move the Assessing Officer for any interim direction.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
