Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission for Order No.
withdrawal of the CMP, particularly keeping in view that there is a clear recording that his own Counsel made a statement in hearing of the Petition involved for having no objection in allowing such Application. In the above view of the matter, there is no cause of action to approach this Court. In the circumstance, this Court dismisses the CMP but however as withdrawn.
