This application has been filed for restoration of ABLAPL No.8126 of 2020 which had been dismissed for nonprosecution by order dated 07.04.2022. The above application having been filed after expiry of the period of limitation; another application has been filed under section-5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the petitions, the delay being condoned; the prayer for restoration of the ABLAPL is allowed. 5.
