The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the demand notice dated 25th April, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed by the Authorized Officer, SREI Equipment Finance Ltd., West BengalOpposite Party No.2 and also prays for a direction to consider his representation dated 18th October, 2022 for restructure of the said loan (Contact No.152141 dated 15th January, 2018). 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter is pending before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy, as may be available under the law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
