This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioners does not want to press this bail application in respect of the Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as not pressed in respect of Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner Nos. 3 & 4, hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioners'. 3.
Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Khurda Model P.S. Case No.609 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1978 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such
// 2 // terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
