This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. M. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to dispose of the bail application with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after consideration of charge in this case. 3.

On the other hand, Mr. S. Roul, learned ASC does not raise any objection to such prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application with the aforesaid liberty.
