2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the F.I.R. has been registered, the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the petition has already been redressed.

4. In view of such submission, the CRLMP stands disposed of.

5. However, the Inspector In-Charge, Balugaon P.S is directed to ensure the safety and security of the old parents and he shall enquire into their problems
