Instant I.A. is filed by the petitioner for modification of order dated 2nd November, 2022 passed in CRLMC No.2565 of 2021.

For the reason stated, the IA stands allowed. 3.

Necessary correction be carried out in the 2nd & 5th paragraph of the order dated 02.11.2022, as per the scheduled appended to the I.A. and the corrections are reproduced below and may be read as such hereafter:

"Prayer in the present case is for quashing of the FIR in connection with Badachana P.S. Case No.364 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1571 of 2020 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole on the grounds stated therein"

"Considering the limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed and in the event, the petitioner files an application for discharge, the same shall be considered by the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in connection with C.T. Case No.1571 of 2020 and orders to be passed thereon as per and in accordance with law".

The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
