Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.
The limited prayer in the present case is for early disposal of the application moved by the petitioner pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar in C.M.C. No.292 of 2022 on the grounds stated therein.

A copy of the application filed under Section 457 Cr.P.C. as at Annexure-1 is perused by this Court.

As per the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said application was filed on 22nd October, 2022 but till date no order has been passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar and therefore, a direction may be issued for early disposal of the same. 5.
Considering the limited prayer as above, the CLRMC stands disposed of with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar to ensure disposal of CMC No.292 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.
Case No.1998 of 2022 arising out of Turumunga P.S. Case No.150 of 2022 within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
