Mr. Acharya, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.
petitioner and submits, his client is Sarpanch of the village. In paragraph 4 of the writ petition particulars have been given regarding work to be done under MGNREGA and other schemes. To that end his client made representation, received by opposite party no.2 on 1st November, 2022. He prays for direction on said opposite party to consider the representation. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with said representation received by the office on 1st November, 2022. Result of the consideration be made known to petitioner within three weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
