This writ petition is filed for targeting the Encroachment Appeal Nos.09/19 & 10/19.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the proceedings vide Encroachment Appeal Nos.09/19 & 10/19 are still pending even after condonation of delay, the same shall be disposed of providing opportunity of hearing to the parties likely to be affected by the SubCollector, Kendrapara within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
