This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.
On perusal of the record, it reveals that the Petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of six weeks from the date of actual release vide order dated 13.05.2022. But, thereafter, no surrender certificate has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner and this Court has directed the learned trial Court to issue NBW against the Petitioner and take him custody forthwith vide order dated 15.07.2022. Accordingly, a report was called for from the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput who had reported that NBW has been issued against him and misc. case has been initiated against the sureties.

In view of the aforesaid development, the BLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution and this Court directs the trial Court to proceed against the accused and the sureties in accordance with law. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Kishore
