Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department.

The petitioner Amitarani Behera has filed this writ

// 2 // petition to consider her representation under Annexure-6 pending before the opposite party no.1 Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha for her appointment as Sikhya Sahayak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that highlighting the grievances, which has been elaborately mentioned in the writ petition, a representation has been filed by the petitioner before the Secretary, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha (opposite party no.1) on 13.10.2022 under Annexure-6 but the representation has not yet been considered.

Mr. Pattajoshi, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submitted that there is no proof that Annexure-6 was submitted before the opposite party no.1 on the date mentioned in the representation.

Be that as it may, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if any such representation as stated in the representation is pending before the opposite party no.1, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the result of such exercise to the

// 3 // petitioner within a period of two weeks of taking the decision. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
