Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.

petitioner and submits, his client by representation dated 21st November, 2022 applied to the Collector for de-reserving coastal land. He prays for direction upon the authority to consider his client's representation.

Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, opposite party no.2 will duly deal with the representation.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 21st November, 2022 and inform him result thereof within four weeks of communication. 4.

Mr. Mohapatra prays for interim protection till disposal of the writ petition. Mr. Rout opposes the prayer. On query from Court he submits, no step has yet been taken.

Status quo be maintained till two weeks after disposal of the representation, as informed to petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
