Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is the second round of litigation seeking early disposal of R.P. Case No.161/2021. In the first round of litigation in disposal of W.P.(C) No.31006/2021, a coordinate Bench of this Court directed for disposal of the proceeding within a period of four weeks.

Looking to the time constraint therein but however in the meantime since a year has passed in disposal of such matter even after one year of the direction of this Court, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Revisional Authority to dispose of R.P.

// 2 // Case No.161/2021 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned State Counsel.
