This writ petition involves a complain in non-disposal of Encroachment Case no.2 of 2021. From the entire order-sheets at Annexue-3, it appears that there is already assessment of penalty after coming to hold the petitioner is an unauthorized encroacher. There is also issue of Form-J by order dated 9.6.2021. This Court in disposal of the writ petition simply observes in the event no effective eviction involved herein as of now, there should be an effective eviction order by the competent authority at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order. This order is however there is no appeal and stay operating involving such order by the higher forum.
