This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of Revision Case No.33 of 2022 pending before the Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Cuttack. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioners files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Revision Case No.33 of 2022 within a period of one month thereafter.
