Perused the office note dated 02.12.2022 which reveals that the present civil revision petition is not maintainable. Therefore, the same is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a CMP application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 24.11.2022 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Cuttack in CMA(I.A.) No.02 of 2022.
