Heard Mr. S.K. Patra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State-opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter/order dated 25.11.2022 under Annexure-5, by which opposite party no.3 has not considered the application of the petitioner for opening of an institution in the name of Sriram Institute of Medical Science & Research at Nikirai, Kendrapara to impart DMLT Course for the Academic Session 2022-23. 4.

Mr. S.K. Patra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has already complied with the defects pointed out by opposite party no.3. Therefore, there is no

impediment on the part of the authority to allow the petitioner's institute for imparting DMLT Course in the name of Sriram Institute of Medical Science & Research at Nikirai, Kendrapara to impart DMLT Course for the Academic Session 2022-23. 5.

This Court called upon learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to show if the petitioner has complied with the deficiencies pointed out by the authority, but learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was unable to show the said document from the writ petition.
