1. The Petitioners' representation dated 24th November, 2021 shall be examined by the Collector, Khurda (O.P.No.3) and after notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.7 and after hearing them, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 10th October, 2022. The said order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
