He submits, the situation is covered by order dated 4th October, 2021 made by coordinate Bench in W.P(C) no. 30562 of 2021 (Parsu @ Parsuram Gochhayat v. Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government and Ors.). 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite parties and submits, petitioner be directed to present the document.
