This is in second round of contempt petition. The writ petition bearing W.P.(C).No.3945 of 2019 was disposed of on 27.02.2019 with the following order:

"In view of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files an application for demarcation of his land in proper format along with requisite fees before the Tahasildar, Kujanga, the latter shall do well to demarcate the land through an Amin within a period of three months thereafter." 2.

Through page-8 & 9, it is claimed petitioner has filed representation to the Tahasildar, Kujanga for demarcation. Perusal of the documents at page-8 & 9, it appears, appropriate format with required court fee, stamp duty etc. is a requirement in seeking application for demarcation. In the circumstance, this Court finds no representation to have been acted upon by the Tahasildar. Since there is no filing of application in appropriate format as of now, no contempt petition will be entertained. However, since the petitioner is already favoured with an order on raising demarcation issue before the concerned authority in the disposal of W.P.(C).No. 3945 of 2019 dated 27.02.2019, petitioner if so advised, move the

// 2 // Tahasildar, Kunjanga with appropriate format with appropriate fee/stamp etc at least within a period of seven days hence in such event the Tahasildar shall do well in working out the direction of this Court in W.P.(C).No.3945 of 2019 disposed of on 27.02.2019. The contempt petition since not entertainable, disposed of but however with the observation made hereinabove.
